We are currently looking for a Digital Development Specialist who will work within the design and development of digital learning resources (eLearning and other assets) supporting learners in using role focused software applications. The role holder will also need to take ownership of designing engaging, visual, stimulating learning helping to embed and support change.
This role will also involve the management of quality content output, ensuring the highest standards and experience. The role holder will also work closely with the Digital Learning Team Lead to help shape the training teams' vision for digital learning, introducing, and evaluating innovations including tools, platform, and style. Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who has experience in Instructional design/learning design, along with experience in content design and development. Some level of HR digital development experience would be advantageous. About you

• You'll have strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as an aptitude for IT and up-to-date knowledge of common applications and systems.
• Have an innovative and dynamic approach.
• You'll be a great communicator, with well-developed interpersonal and facilitation skills as you'll deliver training and presentations online.
• You'll be organised and have good and time management.
• You'll also hold a full driving licence as travel will be required
