Responsibilities_
- Conduct market research to identify suitable community venues for potential listings
- Prepare reports on venues and assist the team with activities
- Managing any new business/client listings
- Updating website, uploading content (using Wordpress)
- Support development team with CRM maintenance and membership spreadsheets
- Update entries in the venue directory and noticeboards on the website
- Update social media accounts
- Attending meetings, supporting with ad hoc projects, creating marketing campaigns
Requirements:_
- Strong knowledge of Wordpress
- Experience in a similar role (client relationship, marketing or sales)
- Experience in developing positive community engagement and working in a virtual team would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, being able to build positive relationships with people and organisations from a variety of backgrounds.
- Enthusiastic about becoming an Ambassador of the brand, and the charitable service to the community.
- Excellent general administration skills.
- Able to work independently and flexibly within a small, virtual team.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office with experience in developing and using Excel spreadsheets.
