Job summary:


  • Inspection Support Administrators are responsible for providing efficient support to inspectors, their managers, and specialist colleagues in the inspection workforce enabling them to fulfil their roles and responsibilities. In addition, they provide accurate and effective administrative support for specific inspection activity across all remits, following welldefined frameworks, set procedures and processes.

Person specification:


  • To provide high quality and effective support to inspection, regulation and improvement activity for all remits following set procedures and processes to the defined timescale and quality.
  • To provide high quality efficient, effective, and proactive support to inspectors and their teams in relation to inspection activity, maintaining good communications and strong professional links.
  • To contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of inspection processes and support to inspectors by finding ways to improve systems and structures to deliver a betterquality service.
