    Description
    This global FMCG company are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their expanding HR team.

    Reporting directly into the HR Manager the HR Advisor will provide practical, commercial and ethical HR advice to line managers in line with the company values.

    Based onsite at London Gatwick , Hybrid working is not available.
    This position can be Full or Part Time.

    Working as part of the UK HR team supporting managers in effectively developing, managing and retaining people.

    Act as first point of contact for managers seeking HR advice
    Coach and support managers through HR processes (absence management, performance, disciplinary and grievance procedures)

    pay review, performance calibration, employee engagement action planning; Support the seamless implementation and revisions of HR processes across all UK sites.

    Oversee all HR aspects related compliance relating to payroll, recruitment and employee lifecycle.
    Review, update HR policies and procedures ensuring they are in line with the current UK legislation.
    Evaluate the effectiveness of training and feedback recommendations for changes.
    Deliver training aligned to behaviours and culture.

    Management of HR related IT programmes and systems.
    defining strategic direction and detailed policies.
    ability to effectively motivate diverse teams and drive engagement, increase capability, professional excellence and performance.
    ability to influence at a senior level.
