    Description
    TSR Ipswich Ltd are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to work for one of our reputable clients based in Ipswich


    Responsibilities:

    • Operate a forklift to load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas
    • Use a warehouse management system to track inventory and locate items
    • Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts and other equipment
    • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing items for shipment and verifying incoming deliveries
    • Safely stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

    Experience:

    • Previous experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role preferred
    • Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling procedures
    • Mechanical aptitude to perform basic equipment repairs
    • Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
    • Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
    • Basic math skills for inventory management
