Promec Engineering is an expanding business working predominantly in the Oil & Gas sectors across the UK carrying out civil and mechanical turnkey projects working as a principal designer and contractor.

The company have two divisions based in the Southwest & Northeast of England, both locations have offices and fabrication facilities.

We are now looking for a driven individual who is versatile and enjoys working as part of a team, based in our Chepstow workshop.

You will be involved with:

· Working on oil and gas high pressure pipework with carbon steel and stainless steel materials

· Fabricating and fitting up in accordance with qualified procedures and specifications

· You will also site run pipework and be familiar with tie in situations

Requirements:

· Previous experience of oil and gas projects is a requirement for this role

· Proficiency in reading isometric drawings

· Ability to work unsupervised

· Fabricate pipework in accordance with oil and gas specifications

Remuneration & Benefits:

· £18-£19 per hour depending on experience

· 20 days holidays + 8 days Statutory bank holidays
