The role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical EHR Testing & Implementation Analyst. to play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our clients new, state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This transformative project aims to streamline and enhance their healthcare delivery by replacing multiple legacy systems with a single, integrated EHR platform.

As the Clinical Testing & Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for guiding the nursing and therapies team through the critical stages of unit testing, system demo back, integrated testing, and knowledge transfer to the training and development team. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition to the new EHR system and empowering our clinical staff with the necessary skills and knowledge. This is a dynamic role and your function will evolve to support our cutover planning and delivery closer to go-live.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the clinical team through unit and integrated testing phases, ensuring thorough evaluation and validation of the EHR system.

Collaborate with the training and development team to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and develop comprehensive training programmes.

Engage with business stakeholders, conducting demonstrations and increasing understanding of the EHR system across the organisation.

Act as a subject matter expert, providing valuable clinical insights and guidance throughout the implementation process.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for process optimisation.

Support cutover planning and activities as directed by Head of Clinical.

Position Requirements:

Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with substantial clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Proficient in using electronic health record systems and comfortable with technology adoption.

Adaptable and proactive, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices related to electronic health record systems.

Substantial experience with testing and configuration of EHR systems
