Head of Quality & Compliance

  • We are recruiting a Head of Quality and Compliance for an award winning organisation based in Coventry. This is a brandnew role, where along with a small team you will be responsible for monitoring the quality of delivery and awarding body requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the company is fully prepared for any Ofsted Inspections and is in a strong position to gain an overall rating of "Good" or 'Outstanding'
  • Manage the annual Self-Assessment Report and biannual review
  • Represent the company as an Ofsted nominee
  • Develop and maintain quality improvement strategies
  • Analyze information to identify and mitigate risks
  • Oversee the management and preparation for all internal and external funding provider financial audits
  • Ensure systems are in place for effective monitoring, measuring, and reporting of health and safety, Safeguarding and GDPR issues

Key Criteria:


  • Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and the Education Inspection Framework
  • Experience managing awarding body and funding requirements
  • Experience coordinating quality standards approval visits
  • Experience managing staff
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
