Salary:
£20,000 - £24,000 per year + Commission & Bonuses


Company Description
We are working exclusively with a growing estate agency based in Coventry. Due to expansion, they are now searching for a new Lettings Administrator to join their team. They cover Coventry and surrounding areas, in what is a very busy market. You will be working Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturdays.

Ideally you will already have some Letting administration experience.


Main duties of the role

  • Handling maintenance issues
  • Organising property inspections
  • Booking contractors to complete safety certificates for compliance
  • Taking calls and making outbound calls
  • Liaising with contractors to support business operations
  • Booking viewings, checkins and checkouts
  • Inputting data into internal system and database
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills
  • Organised and hardworking, demonstrating good initiative
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • 1 years experience is required
  • Professional telephone manner

£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
