Axcis are currently working with this vibrant secondary school in Rugeley, who are looking to recruit an experienced SEND teaching assistant.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to young people.

You will be required to work with small groups of secondary age pupils, assisting them with their literacy and numeracy skills and helping to keep them on task.

The school has a very friendly atmosphere and a supportive environment, and is well liked by all staff we have sent to them in the past.

Candidates with a positive attitude who are career driven and passionate about Special Educational Needs excel within this school.

The school is also on a main transport route and has a private car park.

Previous experience working with special education needs is essential.

The pay for SEND TA's starts from £95.29 minimum per day and is in-keeping with the experience of each candidate which joins us.

The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude and a resilient personality, with a creative and flexible approach to teaching which builds success through challenge, personalisation and innovation.
