About the Company:

Our company is revolutionising Digital Workers by creating the world's leading AI Sales Development Representative (SDR). We leverage Language Model Models (LLMs) and integrate Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) into professional contexts, aiming to reshape the landscape of work by fostering collaborative relationships between humans and AI.

What You'll Do:

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by:

• Scaling workflows, data pipelines, and integrations critical to our AI worker's functionality.
• Building new workflows and contributing to the maintenance of existing feature-rich workflows.
• Collaborating with Applied Research, Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, and Engineering teams to pioneer frontier model techniques for customer use cases.
• Highlighting new and creative ways to establish our architecture and Digital Worker playbook in new domains.

Tech Stack:

Our tech stack includes NextJS (+Tailwind), Prisma, GraphQL, AWS, Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the technical vision and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product features and technical requirements.
• Provide support to the team on technical decisions and user support.
• Foster a positive engineering culture and contribute to building the engineering team.
• Identify career development opportunities and mentor team members.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
