- To manage and oversee the time, attendance and wellbeing of all Toolroom personnel
- To manage all Toolroom staff, including but not limited to PBO setting and performance monitoring
- To control the day to day loading of work to the Toolmakers and Machinists
- To keep all tooling jobs on track and within agreed timescales
- Responsible for the MAPEX TPM schedule
- Responsible for quoting Internal tooling and development jobs
- To lead and assist in Toolroom improvement activitie
- Full apprenticeship or time served as Toolmaker
- All toolmaking and development skills

- CNC knowledge
