- Provide GIS data, reconciliation, digitisation and cleansing, ensuring fit for purpose information is served to the right person at the right time in the right format.
- Support the GIS team with geospatial data management best practices around attribution, metadata, digitisation, QA/QC, symbology, dynamic visibility, labelling, map making etc.
- Support the GIS team with CAD/BIM/Survey to GIS data conversions
- Work closely with the delivery teams and the digital team (GIS and BIM) to create and deploy fit for purpose GIS solutions to support the construction and handover stage of the project.
- Maintain & Develop the Web-GIS Portal and geospatial Common Data Environment for the project.
- Undergraduate degree or an appropriate professional qualification in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Geography, Environmental Sciences, Data Science or Software Development
- MSc in Geospatial Sciences, GIS, Digital Engineering or GIS related discipline; preferable but not essential
- Good knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Suite, open-source GIS and an awareness of current industry trends
- Desire to get involved with programming languages & spatial databases (e.g., Python, Javascript) or Gaming engine tools
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skill
