At Maytree Court we provide person centred, flexible support to vulnerable people with a range of support needs, this may include supporting adults with a mental health diagnosis, learning disability, autistic spectrum disorder and physical disability. We are looking for a confident, warm, highly motivated and committed individual for the position of Support Coordinator. You will be responsible for supporting the registered manager with the daily running of the service. Your role will include:

Relevant experience and qualifications are required, as are excellent communication skills, a good general standard of education and an innovative approach to providing person centred support that embodies Creative Support's ethos of choice, opportunity, and wellbeing.
