- Manage the delivery of MEICA projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that project requirements are fully understood and met.
- Manage project risks and issues, taking appropriate action to mitigate or resolve them as necessary.
- Monitor project progress against key performance indicators, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental requirements are fully integrated into the project delivery process.
- Manage and develop a team of engineers and contractors, providing leadership and guidance as required.
- Ensure that all MEICA systems are installed and commissioned to the required standard, and that all relevant documentation is provided to the client.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects in the construction industry, with a focus on MEICA systems.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
