Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time, (30 hours per week) Wellbeing and Compliance Assistant, in Sunderland, with a salary of £16,551 - £18,216 per annum.


  • Working independently as well as part of a wider team
  • Organisational skills and good time management
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Using a variety of electronic recording and monitoring systems
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records
