Tax Manager
The Company

The firm is well established and very successful, they have a great client base and have been growing at a steady rate for several years.

They offer the full spectrum of accountancy services but have a very strong background in tax, with many national and internationalclients.

They are seeking a Tax Manager to take control of the tax team, which currently stands at 5 staff.

The manager will be supported by two of the partners who are themselves tax advisors and look after a portfolio of clients while winning new clients.

The firmis very forward thinking and takes a modern approach how it treats its staff.
Given their success and growth projection there is unlimited potential from progression.
The Role

Take responsibility for the management of the team and the workload. Dealing with Corporation Tax, Self-Assessment, VAT, ATED and payroll related issues.
Providing compliance and advice to a wide range of businesses and individuals (including HMRC enquiries and resolutions).
Manage clients with your team members, attending meetings and provide guidance.
Assist the tax partners with maintaining client relationships, giving advice and consultancy to private and corporate clients.
Assist with the management of the team, their performance and development.
The role offers the chance to obtain wide experience in a mixed tax environment.
Qualifications: CTA and/or ATT
Experience in a tax role, advise and compliance
Experience of supervising/managing staff

- excellent spoken and written English skills are a requirement
