    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    As the Lead Product Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborating with marketeers to provide insights on campaign setup and attribution
    • Conducting A/B tests to measure success and tracking product performance
    • Utilizing SQL and either R or Python for modeling, understanding regression, and analyzing customer lifetime value
    • Working with data engineers to define data points for tracking and automation
    • Optimizing marketing channels through in-depth analysis of the customer journey and touchpoints

    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    To be successful in this role, you should:

    • Have a proven track record in product analytics
    • Demonstrate excellent proficiency in SQL for analysis, and preferably experience with R or Python for modeling
    • Possess extensive A/B testing/MVT experience, experimenting on product features and personalization
    • Be highly data and tech-literate, with a strong understanding of statistics

    SALARY AND BENEFITS:

    • Base salary up to £70,000
