    Job Description - UK & Europe Sales Director

    Location : London (hybrid)

    Salary : £45,000 to £65,000 base depending on experience (plus an attractive commissions' scheme)

    Reports to : Global Growth Director (+ dotted line to UK & Europe Director)

    About the Role :

    As the B2B UK & Europe Sales Director, your mission is clear: lead a team of driven Sales Executives by providing guidance and support, as well as going directly into the dealmaking to turn leads into lucrative partnerships. You're not just selling scents; you're crafting emotions through aroma, and helping our B2B clients unlock the power of scent to create unique experiences for their customers.     Key Responsibilities:

    1) Guidance, Leadership and Control:

    a) Provide know-how, best practices and experience to Sales Executives, supporting them in the execution of their tasks.

    b) Participate in key sales processes and jump in when necessary to ensure no lead is lost without the appropriate effort.

    c) Maintain the cadence and order in processes, ensuring the team complies with their task adequately

    d) Ensure efficiency in sales processes, maintaining the highest degree of service to our customers, and helping the company improve continuously.

    2) Strategic Definition:

    a) Define the strategy of accounts, products, and company goals for the B2B side of the business.

    b) Identify and implement new growth channels and initiatives to expand reach and acquire new customers.

    c) Set the objectives, roadmap and deadlines for the evolution of the B2B pipeline, in coordination with the Global Growth Director.

    3) Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    a) Dive headfirst into cold calls, cold emails and door knocking with key accounts to bring high-vale accounts.

    b) Be the commercial face of the company at conventions, fairs and other networking events, helping build the B2B brand of the company as an industry leader.

    c) Keep the momentum going, turning clients into long-term partners through persistent and strategic engagement.

    4) Operations Coordination and Back-end Support:

    a) Collaborate with operations, design, product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire lifecycle.

    b) Support the tracking and measurement of key customer metrics (NPS, ROI, etc.) and collaborate with other teams in identifying the best ways to optimize them.

    c) Maintain visibility on the operational aspects of the company to ensure customer expectations are aligned and deadlines are met.

    Knowledge & Experience:

    a) University degree in sciences or humanities.

    b) 8+ years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals through innovative growth strategies.

    c) Previous experience working with CRM tools and processes.

    Skills & Abilities :

    1) Deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel and the ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks hindering lead conversion.

    2) Negotiation ability and strategic thinking.

    2) Strong analytical skills with experience in automation platforms, and sales analytics tools.

    3) A born collaborator with the ability to foster seamless alignment and communication.

    4) Stellar communications skills and the ability to convey value to potential customers.
