- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment located at a range of sites across the country, this includes strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers, kiosks and other equipment that may be added to the product lines in the future
- Delivery and demonstration of a range of equipment to domestic customers
- Repair faulty equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime
- Installation of new locker systems
- Keep accurate records of equipment repairs, maintenance, and service history
- Infinite scope to progress further within the company and to develop the role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years' experience in equipment service or maintenance, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting skills
- Proven experience as a service technician in the entertainment industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Willingness to travel to international sites with occasional overnight stays in the UK when required
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them rigorously
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid Driver's license
