The Supply Room is currently seeking Teaching Assistants to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students in
Secondary Schools in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a supportive and engaging environment, assisting the teacher in delivering lessons, and ensuring that all students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

You will work closely with students on an individual or group basis, providing extra support where needed, and helping to create a stimulating learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working or volunteering with children, preferably in an educational setting.

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport with students of all abilities, and a patient and understanding nature.
