    Our client is a growing Managed Service Provider focused on providing digital transformation, cloud, security, and IT support service solutions to the SME market.

    You will be working with account management and new business sales functions within their predominantly professional services customer base to contribute to the successful delivery and implementation of these solutions. The role supports the sales team in executing the administrative functions associated with sales operations and provides effective customer service to ensure the smooth operation of sales processes.

    Role & Responsibilities

    You will be a sales focused individual capable of building rapport, flexible and proactive.

    • of the sales email mailbox and answering sales calls
    • customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders
    • and updating sales and customer records
    • and processing quotes and orders and ensuring accurate entry into the sales system(s)
    • and negotiating with suppliers for quotations around the supply of hardware, software and services
    • with other departments to ensure order fulfillment and delivery
    • in the organization and planning of sales events or meetings
    • reports related to sales activities and revenue
    • to the improvement of sales administration processes
    • with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals

    Skills and Experience

    • of 2 years' experience in a similar role
    • individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills, and extremely attentive to detail
    • communication skills, both verbal and written
    • service oriented
    • to work well in a team environment, being assertive when required
    • multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible in your duties
    • proactive and hard-working individual who will be able to respond effectively to changing priorities, and working well in a dynamic company
    • minimal management guidance/supervision
    • IT skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Outlook) and online CRM and sales systems

    Salary & Benefits

    Competitive salary. 20 days annual leave, rising to 25 days based on length of service, plus bank holidays. Private health care and workplace pension.
