Data & Reporting
Manage timely environmental reporting from global office manager community for various external disclosures
Point of contact for external consultants regarding production of environmental data
Manage any relevant data gathering required (e.g., employee commute survey)
Conduct gap analysis on reporting processes and working with Senior Sustainability Manager to identify solutions across regions
Deliver interrogation of quantitative data (excel) for both overarching sustainability and supporting other workstreams under this banner (sustainable procurement, business travel etc)
Provide key delivery partners (travel team, procurement) with data support when required
Working under the direction of the Senior Sustainability Manager to help shape our Climate Transition Plans
2-3 years in a sustainability-related role
~ An understanding of and previous exposure to corporate sustainability reporting and data collection
~ Excellent data analytics and numeracy skills
~ Strong Excel and Database management knowledge
~ Strong organizational and project management abilities
~ Seniority level Entry level
