    Due to retirement of the current post-holder, this is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional leader to join Kings Norton Girls' School and Sixth Form.     The key aspects of this role are:-

    ·To ensure that all data is collected, accurate, analysed and used to ensure impact on student outcomes in order for all students to flourish academically, personally and socially.

    ·Assessment and reporting.

    ·Timetabling and advising the Headteacher on staffing needs.

    ·Overview of internal and external examinations

    The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher, inspiring leader and team player with the ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively to ensure their vision, and that of the school are accomplished successfully. This role is a key leadership role within an outstanding school and sixth form. The key foci for the successful candidate will be to lead on the analysis and impact of data, timetabling and exams.
