Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Housing Company in the East London area who are looking for a brand new Delivery Programme Lead to join their team covering all planned works projects in East London.

Working closely with the Partnership Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the major works programmes and projects.

Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work
sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets
Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard
Previous Social Housing Supervisor experience required
Experience working on reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects
