Position Overview:

As the Head Of Operations you will be instrumental in shaping the operational framework and scaling our business to new heights. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, risk management, and technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and drive efficiency across trading Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies, and procedures operations, risk management, compliance, and customer support functions.

4. Technology and Innovation: Collaborate with the technology team to leverage innovative solutions, enhance trading platforms, and optimize infrastructure to deliver a seamless and feature-rich trading experience for our users.
5. Financial Management: Develop financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the company's growth objectives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and sustainable financial performance.
6. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the formulation of strategic initiatives, business development plans, and market expansion strategies, leveraging market insights and industry trends to capitalize on growth opportunities.
7. Team Development: Build and nurture high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning, and providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operational leadership roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on start-ups or fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of retail trading, CFDs, Forex markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, risk management, and compliance in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
