    Working with an IT Managed Service Provider that supports businesses predominantly in the northwest of the UK, across various industries.

    Operating for over 12 years, the company has grown steadily with an exceptionally high client retention rate due to a focus on building close relationships with our clients and providing great customer service.

    The service desk engineer will work directly with end users and manage incidents and requests from receipt to resolution, all while ensuring service level targets are met and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

    Working with and supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, applications, and M365 solutions, the role provides exposure to many different technologies and client environments with the opportunity to develop through hands-on work and professional development.

    Provide technical support for customers remotely and in person.

    Receive and log incidents and service requests into the ticketing system, ensuring accurate data entry to provide first-time fixes.

    Remote and onsite assistance for business clients.
    Liaising with customers, third-party support providers, and suppliers.
    System builds, repair, and configuration.
    Application installation.
    Creating and updating technical, process, and project documentation using IT Glue.
    Flexible start times from 8-10 with an 8-hour working day and a 1-hour lunch.
