Our client, a commercial organisation (based in Hertfordshire) and very well known in its field has an opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join their growing team.

Reporting into the Head of HR, this is very much a hands on role where you will provide day to day tactical advice and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and employee relations matters.

You will support the wider team as well as the Head of HR to deliver business related projects and strategic HR transformation projects.


They are looking for someone who has:

  • Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent
  • Strong, proven HR Generalist
  • Proven track record of handling a range of complex ER issues
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice HR
  • Resourcing and workforce planning
  • Project Management
  • Experience of data analysis and reporting
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
This role is will involve travel as and when required.
