- Ensure every person is greeted hospitably and a high customer service level is maintained
- Answer "walk-up" colleague and guest questions or refer enquiry to additional resources
- Ensure any emails are responded to within 24 hours.
Community Management - Lead colleague community initiatives such as member social events, team building, ice breakers and scrums
- Confidently run team building activities in the "Makers Space" including LEGO teambuilding
- Facilitate the group activities including the CoSpace Escape Room and Murder Mystery team challenges
- Lead on colleague engagement and relationship management
- Deliver the unexpected to our colleagues. Through customer service, events and surprise and delights
- Customer services experience in dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients
- Proven track record of providing stellar customer service
- Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment
- High Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point applications, knowledge in property management / Condeco systems a plus
- Excellent verbal & written communication
