JOB PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Administrator carry out an administrative role within the MRO Quality Department. Liaise with staff members across the company to assist in preparing quality department paperwork for approval. Have an active role in ensuring corrective/preventive actions have been put in place. Provide administrative support to the Safety, Quality, and Compliance team as required.


ACCOUNTABILITY:

Accountable for maintaining the Quality Management System in accordance with Inflite Engineering Services Ltd processes and procedures.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


  • Collate and analyse data required management meetings. Training will be provided
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding data correctness for completion
  • Keep records up to date on the I.T. systems
  • Produce internal information notices
  • Carry out general administrative roles where required
  • Perform other data collation activities required by the department or business
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Company

AUTHORITY:


  • To provide assistance to the Quality Manager (QM)
  • To request assistance from other departments
  • To propose additional training and procedural updates / process improvement whenever possible.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Organized and able to manage own workload
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn and progress within their role

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
