Description

Job Title - Specification Technologist (Fire Protection installation)
Salary - £28,000 per year
Location - Maesteg, Wales
Job Type - Permanent, Full Time

Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting for a Specification Technologist to join a fire protection installation company based in the Maesteg area.

We are looking for someone to review and assess site inspection reports, and hold previous experience in this area.

Responsibilities

Reviewing site installation reports and making comments in line with company recommendations.
Recording of reports and responses on the CRM system.
Communicating with customers to clarify details.
Following a set process of work.
Responding and reporting with set time frames.
Liaising with external parties.
Attending weekly meetings with technical services team and provide feedback.
Covering telephones when required.

Experience

Previous experience with fire protection/façade installation industries would be advantageous.
Previous experience in a role assessing and reviewing documentation/reports.
Strong administrative skills.
Competent using Microsoft packages.
Able to examine data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
