Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a successful manufacturing business, in their recruitment of a Senior Quality Engineer to support quality activities to improve and maintain outstanding plant performance.

The opportunity
As a successful Senior Quality Engineer, you will report to the Quality manager and will:

Lead quality activities by managing and achieving site objectives and reporting requirements to establish and deliver excellent plant performance
Support and develop the performance and objectives of Quality team members
Drive continuous improvement and problemsolving activities across the site
Facilitate PFMEAs, control plans, working level documents, audits and implement quality control systems in line with customer requirements and standards
Communicate well with all levels of internal and external parties including Suppliers and Customers

About you:

Strong experience within a Quality Engineering role and leading activities in a high volume manufacturing environment
Facilitated process improvements across manufacturing
Knowledge of QMS and auditing experience is desirable
Confident leading and developing teams
Selfmotivated individual with excellent communication and organisation skills, ability to prioritise tasks, be proactive and problemsolve
