    Location : Norwich with hybrid working

    Salary and benefits: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE plus, 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

    The role

    The Suspense business area is a pivotal part of the company and within the team we act with integrity and due diligence to ensure accuracy in every element of our work. As a Suspense Data Analyst within Suspense you will have the opportunity to work as part of team to deliver on our goals to reduce suspense and improve customer journeys. You will be responsible for collation and analysis of MI to identify trends in suspense. You will have the opportunity to be involved or run projects to support delivery of process and system improvements .

    What are we looking for?

    As a Suspense Data Analyst, you will need to be confident in writing key learns and recommendations to change practice or competence. You will be able to represent the department at project meetings and communicate at an appropriate level.

    You will be required to support colleagues within other areas with any queries they have and in doing so, call out any trends you are seeing where we can support those areas with development. You will need to have the ability to analyse data and provide recommendations for improvements to customer experience and business efficiency. You will own production of MI reports.

    You will report into a Team Leader who will support you with your goals and development, but we will expect you to drive your development. There is a degree of flexibility required in the role to ensure we are meeting customer and business needs, so adaptability to changing circumstances is needed.

    Finally, as the role involves supporting the reduction of suspense you need to have high attention to detail and ability to think analytically.
