Description

Nu Staff Recruitment are looking for a Stores person for an ongoing role at their highly successful Chepstow based client.

The role will involve checking in stock, some order picking, some heavy lifting, preparing stock for delivery, putting stock away.

Some very basic data entry work on the computer. A forklift licence would be preferred but forklift experience would be acceptable

Full training given.

Hours of Work :
Monday to Thursday 7.30am / Friday 07.30am -13.30

Pay £12

Duties:

Perform lifting and manual labour to build, load, and unload products
Use of forklift truck if have experience or licence
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
Responsible for picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues

Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
