Location:
Edinburgh Hybrid with travel around East Coast of Scotland and Northumberland


Salary:
Up to £105,000
, plus car allowance and annual bonus**

What will you be working on

  • Responsible for driving the strategic direction of sales to support GoFibres growth aspirations
  • Exceed sales expectations through effective sales activities and understanding customer data solutions to surpass revenue targets
  • Define and monitor KPI's and drive sales team behaviours to encourage effective and efficient deal management
  • Ownership of the sales budget and forwardlooking forecasting to enable the business to achieve strategic objectives
  • Attract, retain and develop direct reports and wider sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed goals
  • Use customer and market insights to shape the sales strategy on new offers and rewards for the customer
  • Translate MI to support decision making, process improvement and innovative ways to develop routes to market
  • Inspire, mentor, and empower our sales teams to navigate transformative shifts in sales strategies, ensuring adaptability to dynamic market changes
  • Continually review and develop sales incentives, commission and reward schemes to drive performance

What experience is critical to the role

  • Senior Leader with extensive experience in developing high performing and ambitious sales teams
  • High energy to deliver sales strategies within an agile, fast paced environment
  • Ability to build great relationships and collaborate effectively across functions
  • Visible leadership that empowers the team and gives clear direction
  • Experience in setting and executing sales strategy across multiple customer segments and channels
  • Understanding and knowledge of relevant CRM platforms and sales tools
  • Demonstratable experience of managing function budgets
