    Junior Campaign Project Manager

    CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading, global factual entertainment house to appoint a (Junior) Campaign Manager/Producer to support the management and execution of partner content campaigns across their global platforms. This is a unique opportunity to work in-house with a globally recognised brand, in conjunction with their amazing roster of exciting partner brands to craft large-scale campaigns viewed by millions all over the world.

    Working as part of their in-house creative agency, the (Junior) Campaign Manager will works across both digital and social platforms, managing the production, scheduling and execution of world class content and campaign deliverables.

    The role will involve supporting and collaborating with the Partners team of content strategists, global sales, production, talent management, editorial and distribution teams to pull together all components ready for campaign go-live. It will also involve sourcing and contracting talent, ideating custom content and campaigns and creating/managing campaign production documentation (e.g. budgets, status report briefs).

    Required Skills

    • Deep enthusiasm for storytelling across all platforms and channels with a specific focus on short form video, digital content and social promotion
    • Good production experience working with internal and external production teams, managing the video and digital production process from commission to launch.
    • Ability to turn complex and often fluid information into achievable production plans that are able to deliver on brief, on time, on budget.
    • A team player and a self-starter, able to clearly communicate status of projects at any point both internally and externally with clients.
    • Diligent with an extreme eye for detail, highly organised, flexible and solutions focused.
    • Experience working with clients globally, with an acknowledgment of working in different time zones and be able to navigate often complex stakeholder frameworks.
    • Able to handle tight production timelines and the impact of issues on delivery, while maintaining a calm influence over project internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal): ability to act tactfully and persuasively with a wide range of people at all levels

    Required Experience

    · Experience within the client solutions division in another media organisation/publisher or full-service content agency.

    · Proven experience of delivering digital and social branded content campaigns from brief to launch.

    · Strong understanding of advertising, digital media and the solution response process.

    · Proven experience of production processes across video, digital, social (essential) as well as print (desirable)

    · Excellent relationship building skills internally and externally with clients and media agencies

    · Working knowledge of Smartsheets, Jira, Asana or similar project management systems

    · Enthusiasm: a positive can-do attitude
