Finance Business PartnerMacGregor Black ate partnering with a Leading Fashion brand, on the search for a Finance Business Partner. This is a permanent role based in Manchester.
As the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the senior leadership team, accurately report on business results, providing strategic financial guidance & insightful analysis.
Review financial results and provide detailed sales and margin variance analysis vs budget/forecasts identifying factors contributing to movement in marginBusiness partnering with the wider business, supporting commercial decision making
Provide data driven insights to identify margin improvement opportunities through customer and product analysis
Provide insight and development of the accounts - drawing insight from data, helping the account teams understand the drivers of performance
Ad-hoc reporting to support commercial finance, account teams and the wider business
Proven experience as a commercial analyst/accountant
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information to non financial stakeholders
A track record of driving process improvements and optimizing financial performance
