Our London showroom has enjoyed successful sales growth for the last 4 years and is poised to accelerate this development.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and committed team based in the stunning Chelsea Harbour Design Centre, exclusively supplying the top end interior design trade with luxury carpets and rugs.


Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support to our Account Managers
  • Identify potential clients and create strategic clientcentric marketing plans (including but not limited to such matters as who to visit, when and how many times to visit).
  • Produce pre and post client visit reports, assess purchasing potential of client and deliver analysis to account managers
  • Prepare sales documents in order to initiate and close sales.
  • Service existing client base and work closely with Account Managers to learn additional skills, share ideas, and assist with presale tasks
  • Help prepare for client presentations, selecting designs and colours
  • Positive contributor to company culture
  • Client hospitality

Skills Required:


  • Keen interest in the interior design industry
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, and Immaculate appearance
  • Degree level and a minimum 1 year working in a B2B or B2C luxury brand environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Perfect spoken and written English.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media (Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp)
  • Good knowledge of software packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign
  • Desirable to have knowledge of CRM package (HubSpot & Zero)
  • Driving Licence preferable
