    Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Test Lead to join our dynamic team.

    As a Software Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of our software products, ensuring their quality and reliability before release.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, develop test plans, execute test cases, and report on test results.

    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

    Lead the testing efforts for our software products, including defining testing strategies, developing test plans, and executing test cases.

    # Manage and prioritize testing tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
    # Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    # Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    # Communicate test progress, results, and risks to stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and development teams.
    # Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    # Proven experience as a Software Test Lead or similar role, with a minimum of X years in software testing.
    # Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    # Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
    # Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
