This Legal 500, international firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Corporate Energy Lawyer (5 PQE) to their industry-leading team.

The Role

As part of this prestigious team, you will primarily work on upstream oil and gas M&A, supporting sector work which is transforming the face of the energy market globally.

Projects including decommissioning, repurposing and supporting new developments vital to on-going Energy security.

The team has a clear and quick progression pathway, and you will be supported by leading Partners to develop towards Legal Director and Partnership status.

You will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in the Energy sector with a team renowned for developing rising legal stars.

Is a highly experienced Corporate lawyer (either with inhouse or private practice) with strong upstream oil and gasspecific expertise.
Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with large clients
