    The role:

    Are you an ambitious Corporate Associate 3-5 years PQE looking to join a team that is considered a go-to advisor for some of the most significant M&A transactions in the UK legal market? If so, this prominent Bristol team would like to hear from you.

    This Corporate practice specializes in handling complex, high-profile, and cross-border transactions for public and private corporate clients, institutional investors and private individuals.

    As an Associate, you can anticipate a diverse range of transactional work, including private company acquisitions and disposals, public company takeovers, complex restructurings and reorganizations, and equity investments, with opportunities to take the lead on transactions.

    Additionally, you'll be delegating work to junior colleagues and be given support to start honing your management and leadership skills.
