The role:
Are you an ambitious Corporate Tax Associate 2-5 years PQE looking to join a team that is considered a go-to for tax and structuring advice in the UK legal market? If so, this prominent Bristol team would like to hear from you.
Servicing mostly City-based and international clients, this team advises on all aspects of UK and cross-border tax with a view to meeting business objectives. They do a lot of proactive advisory work, as well as providing support on pressurised transactions.
The work on offer will include international tax and cross-border planning; investment banking and transactions; private equity transactions; capital markets and structured finance transactions; indirect taxes as well as the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, demergers and flotations.
This role would suit an individual who has a strong grasp of UK tax rules gained in a transactional or advisory practice.
