Overview
IT Support Analyst - Up to £35,000 - London


This role is to support the wider business across their hardware/software environment whilst being given significant responsibility and autonomy in the delivery of projects.


What you'll be doing:


  • Resolve daily adhoc hardware/software issues and tasks
  • Develop and maintain firm's data pipeline
  • Complete ownership to design and develop greenfield projects under own initiative
  • Develop and maintain existing inhouse software projects through innovating functionality and capability

What we're looking for:


Required:

  • Knowledge of Desktop Hardware, troubleshooting, Windows OS
  • Office suite support
  • Knowledge of Peripherals, Printers
  • Any scripting or programming experience
  • C#, Python, PowerShell

Desired:

  • Knowledge of servers and networking
  • Understanding of Virtualisation, azure, Devops concepts
  • Telephony/VOIP
  • Windows Server, Linux, VMware
  • Excel Macros
  • SQL Server, IIS
  • Excel (Macro, VBA, Formulas)
