- Competitive salary of £34,000 per annum
- 23 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays
- Monday to Friday daytime working hours
- Participation in call-out rota
- Carrying out fabric maintenance tasks across various retail sites
- Undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
- Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
- Proven experience in a similar role within facilities maintenance
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) in a related field
- Strong knowledge of fabric maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and customer-focused approach
