Skilled Shift PCV Electrician

Our client is looking for experienced Skilled Shift PCV Electricians to join their Manchester Depot.

Our client operates 1400 vehicles over 13 sites and are looking for people from a background in vehicle electrical engineering to be part of their growing team.

You may be in a truck / HGV, rail, light commercial or automotive setting but fancy a change of vehicle to enhance your skill set.

Likewise, if you've got PCV experience, you'll still find new opportunities to learn given the variety of modernity of our client's fleet.

Our client operates a varied range of vehicles from single deckers to double deckers. Our client operates a variety of vehicles including some new electric buses given you the opportunity to work on some state-of-the-art machines

You'll be set in good stead, currently possessing motor vehicle qualifications and experience – however, our client will train you on everything else you need to know, and you'll be supported by a great team of fellow Electricians, Mechanics, Technicians, Stores people, Administrators and Engineering Managers who all pull together to do a brilliant job.

And interestingly it's not all garage-based work – you could well find yourself out and about dealing with vehicle issues on the road, so it won't always be the same four walls you're looking at

You will be given exposure to work which will develop your skills and experience to allow you to progress your career further.

Most our client's Engineering Managers and Directors are home grown talent – so that could very well be you in the not-too-distant future
