Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge?

This is a great opportunity to join one of our new Triage Hubs in either the North, West or South of the city. We are looking for experienced and motivated senior clinicians with either a nursing or an AHP qualification and a keen interest and/or experience in triage.

This new initiative is being established following a review as part of our transformation programme. There will be a multi-disciplinary workforce in the hubs alongside our experienced administration team.

You will be responsible for the triage and prioritisation of all new referrals as well as the prioritisation of unplanned care for our existing patients.

You will require expert clinical knowledge and judgement to facilitate your decision making.
The roles will be office based and we can offer flexible working to support your work life balance. This service will operate from 7am-10pm, 7 days a week.
