Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a fantastic business as they look to recruit for a permanent HR Advisor, based in Belfast.

HR AdvisorBelfastFull time and PermanentUp to £35k plus car allowanceAs the HR Advisor, you will provide advisory support across the full employee life-cycle and casework management.

You will be pro-active in providing support to the business in day-to-day management of all employees, allowing the business to management effectively.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Working with the business to provide effective and timely HR advice and support on all people related matters, ensuring guidance is in line with employment law and best practise.

Responding to HR queries and managing all aspects of HR issues across the employee lifecycle.

Coaching and building capability in line managers to manage the employment relationship effectively and guiding managers on company policies and procedures.

Guiding and supporting management with end-to-end case management for all employee relation cases.


We are looking for:
Proven background working as a true Generalist.
CIPD qualified.
Excellent experience managing casework form start to finish.
Very strong communication skills both verbally and written.
