    Yooralla has a vacancy in the East (Mitcham) for a passionate, positive relationship builder, with experience working with a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model to join our team as a permanent full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist.

    This fulfilling role will provide best practice, evidence-based occupational therapy services across the scope of practice to adults and young people with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.

    delivering therapy in people's homes, educational settings or in the community; aimed at maximising a person's functional skills and participation as well as promoting physical health and wellbeing

    You'll be an established and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, good interpersonal skills, and ability to engage people with a disability, motivate them and build their capability.

    You'll have an ability to work in partnership with adults and young people with a disability to set and achieve goals, and to work collaboratively with the person's supports, including their families.

    AHPRA Registration (Occupational Therapy), and
    an Australian driver's licence and own vehicle, and a willingness to travel across Northern Melbourne region, as required

    Appointment is subject to pre-employment checks including the NDIS Worker Screening Check, Inherent Position Requirements Employee Declaration, Working with Children's Check, Reference Checks, AHPRA Registration Check, etc.
