The Opportunity

Diligenta are looking for an experienced Data Protection Manager to support, and where necessary deputise for, the Data Protection Officer in leading the EMT, employees/contractors and data processors in the delivery of services compliant the General DataProtection Regulation and Data Protection Act (20I8).

You'll be:

Overseeing the delivery of GDPR compliant Migrations to BaNCS. Advising the migration programmes and clients accordingly
Oversee the delivery of client service level agreements against GDPR/DPA
Managing routine interactions with the Information Commissioner's Office
Managing the relationship with client Data Protection team.
Attending senior client forums to provide assurance on the systems and controls protecting their customer data
Have evident Data Protection technical skills, specifically within Data Migration
Have previously been in a Line Management position
Have the ability to recognise compliance implications of business initiatives, but have commercial awareness and can add value to a proposed solution
Can show a sound technical generic knowledge of the ICO and FCA requirements
