    The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working with students with additional needs in Higher Education and will be able to provide them with the support they need to succeed in their studies.

    Provide individual and small group instruction to students, employing various teaching strategies, adaptive technologies, and accommodations to optimise learning outcomes.

    Collaborate with the academic team in ensuring that any additional accommodations required in the classroom setting are implemented.
    Provide support to students with the transition to higher education
    Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of additional needs
    A degree in education, special education, or a related field
    Experience (3+ years) working with students with additional needs / neurological differences in a higher education setting
    A strong understanding of the latest teaching and learning strategies
